Resource 360 has been in the business of rebuilding homes in Dunwoody and Sandy Springs for many years – We got our start from a passion for the area (the founder Martin Drucker is a Dunwoody Elementary and Dunwoody High school Graduate) and our desire to work with Real estate. We noticed that there was a distinct need for renovated houses in the Dunwoody area.

Essentially, all that was available were 800k + new houses or 400k old green appliance and tile houses in the area. We decided to change that! Our philosophy was/is simple – Buy a house for a low price, completely remodel and update it, fix all the underlying issues, and sell for a profit. And this model has worked – and continues to work.

WE ARE ALWAYS looking for houses that fit our criteria for purchase!! But over the years, we have been getting more and more requests from people to do work on their houses – and the model was always to work on our OWN houses - UNTIL NOW! Due to unprecedented demand we have decided to offer our complete services to the public
