In this basement project we built out a regulation Raquetball/Sports Court, added a new kitchen/living area, small office and a 9th bath to the house.

The Sport court is regulation Racquetball size with a full functioning basketball goal and volley ball net – it is a very versatile recreation space. In the main living area we did all the plumbing, electrical, carpentry, tile, drywall, wiring for network and HDTV and custom cabinetry including 2 murphy beds.

Over 2,000 square feet was finished by our team in this multi-million dollar dream home.
